TICOチームによるザンビアでの「心臓血管外科手術技術移転事業」、2017年にスタートしてから15回目となる今回は日本より医師3名、臨床工学技士3名、看護師1名、調整員1名の計8名がチームに参加します。前回は今年の4月で、今年度は2回目となります。
8月10日より16日までザンビアの首都ルサカのNational Heart Hospital（NHH, 国立心臓病院）にて心臓血管外科手術を現地の医師・看護師・医療スタッフと行い、技術移転と教育を行う予定です。

The 15th Cardiovascular Surgery Technology Transfer Project in Zambia will be carried out for one week from 10th August with eight participants travelling to Zambia!
The TICO team’s Cardiovascular Surgery Technology Transfer Project in Zambia, the 15th since it started in 2017, will see a total of eight people from Japan – three doctors, three clinical engineers, one nurse and one coordinator – join the team. The last time was in April this year and this is the second time this year.
From 10th to 16th August, the team will perform cardiovascular surgery at the National Heart Hospital (NHH) in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, with local doctors, nurses and medical staff to transfer skills and provide education.
