11回目は日本より10名が渡航して2週間強実施予定！
今年2回目となるTICOチームによるザンビアでの「心臓血管外科手術技術移転事業」、スタートしてから11回目となる今回は日本より医師3名、臨床工学技士3名、看護師3名、調整員1名の過去最大となる計10名がチームに参加します。ザンビアの首都ルサカのNational Heart Hospital（NHH, 国立心臓病院）にて2部構成で、主に看護師に対する研修を2日間、引き続いで心臓血管外科手術技術移転を2週間、計2週間強のプログラムを6月23日より7月7日まで行います。
まず先行して3名が現地に入り、6月23及び24日、看護師を中心に研修を行います。
残りの7名は6月26日より現地に入り、7月7日までの2週間、心臓血管外科手術を現地の医師・看護師・医療スタッフと行い、技術移転と教育研修を行う予定です。

The 11th “Cardiovascular Surgery Technology Transfer Project in Zambia” is scheduled to run for a little over two weeks with 10 participants from Japan!
This is the 11th time since the TICO team started the “Cardiovascular Surgery Technology Transfer Project” in Zambia, and a total of 10 people from Japan, including 3 doctors, 3 clinical engineers, 3 nurses, and 1 coordinator, will join the team for the second time this year. The program will be held at the National Heart Hospital (NHH) in Lusaka, Zambia, and will consist of two parts: two days of training mainly for nurses, followed by two weeks of transfer of cardiovascular surgical skills, from June 23 to July 7.
Three participants will first go to the site for training, mainly for nurses, on June 23 and 24.
The remaining seven participants will be dispatched to the site from June 26 for two weeks until July 7 to perform cardiovascular surgery with Zambian doctors, nurses, and medical staff to transfer skills and provide education and training.
