TICOチームによるザンビアでの「心臓血管外科手術技術移転事業」、2017年にスタートしてから14回目となる今回は日本より医師2名、臨床工学技士3名、看護師1名、調整員1名の計7名がチームに参加します。前回は昨年の8月で、受け入れ病院の都合で今年度はこれが初回となります。
4月6日より12日までザンビアの首都ルサカのNational Heart Hospital（NHH, 国立心臓病院）にて心臓血管外科手術を現地の医師・看護師・医療スタッフと行い、技術移転と教育を行う予定です。

The 14th Cardiovascular Surgery Technology Transfer Project in Zambia will be carried out for one week from 6th April with seven participants travelling to Zambia!
The TICO team’s Cardiovascular Surgery Technology Transfer Project in Zambia, the 14th since it started in 2017, will see a total of seven people from Japan – two doctors, three clinical engineers, one nurse and one coordinator – join the team. The last time was in August last year and this is the first time this year.
From 6th to 12th April, the team will perform cardiovascular surgery at the National Heart Hospital (NHH) in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, with local doctors, nurses and medical staff to transfer skills and provide education.
