Tokushima International Cooperation (TICO) was established as Nonprofit Organization in November 1993. We have been operating various development projects in Asia and Africa.
In January 2002, We have officially changed our organizational title to TICO, and TICO was acknowledged as specified nonprofit corporation under the Japanese law in September 2004.
